About Linda Keylon
Native to the Puget Sound area, I know and love our many towns and communities.
I specialize in residential resale. I joined Coldwell Banker Danforth November 2009, and believe I and my clients benefit from our access to national tools and advertising, as well as community-focused local management. I appreciate and benefit from the referrals and repeat business brought to me by my clients, friends, colleagues and participants in my monthly first-time home buyer classes.
As a Buyer`s agent, I help my clients as they buy their first home, "move up" to their dream house, downsize to a smaller home, or relocate to and from other parts of the country. In addition to working in the greater Seattle area, I have helped my buyer clients travel to Monroe, Stanwood, North Bend and Gig Harbor to find the home they are seeking.
As a Seller`s agent, I help my clients identify their objectives and priorities - developing a marketing plan that best showcases their property, and presents it to its best advantage in the current real estate market.
My goal is to give each of my clients the time, attention and energy required to either find a property that meets their needs, or to sell their property on the best possible terms. I`m a good listener, very patient, and committed to providing real estate representation that is both informed and ethical. To this end, I continually update my skills and education.
I am a Seattle native, and have lived in the Magnolia neighborhood the past 20+ years. I began working in residential resale in 1995, after 11 years in business planning and administration with Boeing Computer Services. Prior to that, I worked for local governments planning and administering social services. I obtained my M.S.W. from the University of Washington, and a B.A. from Fairhaven College in Bellingham. I have two children - my son Joel attends the University of Oregon (go Ducks!) and my daughter Rachel has just begun graduate work in Marine Biology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In my spare time I love to work in my garden, and am happy to share photos of my kids and flowers.
All the best,
