Some Information About Me
As a Puget Sound area native, I know and love our many towns and communities.
I specialize in residential resale, primarily in King and Snohomish Counties. I joined Coldwell Banker Danforth November 2009, and my clients benefit from our company`s access to national tools and advertising, as well as community-focused local management.
I work with a team of professionals that support and facilitate our clients` real estate transactions. I teach monthly first-time home buyer classes with Angela Cohen, Network Home Loans, sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
My role as your agent
As a Buyer`s agent, I help my clients buy their first home, "move up" to their dream house, downsize to a smaller home, or relocate to and from other parts of the country. In addition to working in the greater Seattle area, I have helped my buyer clients travel to Monroe, Stanwood, North Bend and Gig Harbor to find the home they are seeking.
As a Seller`s agent, I help my clients identify their objectives and priorities - developing a marketing plan that best showcases their property, and presents it to its best advantage in the current real estate market.
My goal is to give each of my clients the time, attention and energy required to either find a property that meets their needs, or to sell their property on the best possible terms. I`m a good listener, very patient, and committed to providing real estate representation that is both informed and ethical. To this end, I continually update my skills and education. My work and personal background
I am a Seattle native, and have lived in the Magnolia neighborhood the past 20+ years. I began working in residential resale in 1995, after 11 years in business planning and administration with Boeing Computer Services. Prior to that, I worked for local governments planning and administering social services.
I obtained my M.S.W. from the University of Washington, and a B.A. from Fairhaven College in Bellingham.
My husband George and I have two children - our son Joel attends the University of Oregon (go Ducks!) and our daughter Rachel is a graduate student in Marine Biology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In my spare time I love to work in my garden, and am happy to share photoour of my kids and flowers. My philosphy, my goal
My goal is to provide ethical, client-focused real estate services, resulting in happy clients who refer their friends, co-workers and family members to me so I can help them with their real estate needs. Buying and selling a home represents an important transition in people`s lives, and I appreciate the opportunity to be part of this important time and event.
